[By invite] Mentoring Strategies for Millennials

After a successful debut last July, Mentoring Millennials Workshop is now back for its third run!
Managers will be given insights on how to best engage and influence interns through case-study and role playing variations, with topics such as “Mentor Roles and Responsibilities” and “Dynamics Of Mentoring Relationship”. Gain real life insights from lecturers and interns on understanding millennials and quickly building trust with them!
Upon a successful intern placement, SiTF member company will attend this mentorship training workshop on Mentoring Millennials. The objective is to improve the internship experience for both the company and student, and certainly an effective way to attract talents before they graduate or to render assistance during their school holidays.
If your organisation has not been allocated interns but intend to apply, you may register to attend the mentoring workshop. You will be given priority for the next round of internship as well as schools/ community engagement activities such as career events. SiTF will contact you when schools approach us to place students outside their internship period. Please note that the intern(s) is/are not guaranteed as this is subject to schools' approval of projects submitted.
Nominate the manager of the intern or yourself to attend this complimentary training, extended to member companies only.
Registration procedures:

- Create a short summary about yourself, include your work details (organisation name and title) and upload an image of yourself.
- Click on 'Events' tab at the top, search for 'Mentoring Strategies for Millennials' and RSVP.
