Description
- Provide IT assistance and support for VIP End-User Computing managed services.
- Assist Team Lead in managing service processes per clients’ requirements.
- Seek constant improvements and work with relevant teams on services to customers.
- Responding to VIP user calls on hardware/software issues.
- Assist the relevant teams in troubleshooting and fault resolution of reported/detected faults.
- Configure VIP user equipment.
- Provided maintenance, functional and technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems, including desktop, laptop, peripherals, LAN, and remote systems.
- Installed and configured network Printers
- Outlook office 365/2010/2007 configurations and support
Requirements
- Min Diploma in IT engineering or similar qualification with VIP/support experience.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will be an advantage
- Working knowledge in areas of Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2007/2010, Antivirus software, Active Directory, and Internet related technology and services.
- Familiar with server and network equipment configurations.
- Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide user support by means of remote access tools
- Strong customer-oriented attitude and inter-personal skills.
