Summary
I began my journey in Lendlease under the BCA Undergraduate Scholarship and have worked in various teams and business units such as cost planning, planning and scheduling, business development and capital raising - working on $3b Paya Lebar Quarter, $3b Singtel Comcentre Redevelopment, Shaw Tower and pharmaceutical projects in Tuas. My role in business planning and strategy as the Executive Advisor in the CEO office focused on supporting the leadership team in implementing Lendlease Asias growth strategy and spearheading organisational changes.

- Procured 8 Design Consultants with S$19.5 million contract value. Tender Contract Management responsibilities include Scope of Works, Fee Negotiation, JVCo Recommendation and finalising Professional Service Agreement for a S$3 billion project covering 113,218 sqm of GFA
- Package Manager for 7 disciplines and assisted for 3 others contributing to the success of URA PP Submission in time with $20 million savings. These 10 Disciplines accounted for 52% of the total Design Consultant Fee
- Collaborate with the Leasing and Treasury team to secure debt financing from banks for the project. Involvement includes executing the Request For Proposal process and defining Leasing Strategy and Positioning for the project
Executive Advisor, Office of the Asia CEO Feb 2020 - Dec 2022
Lendlease Singapore- Supported the Executive Office to develop 5-year Asia Strategy and Business Plan with strategy team
- Established S$1 billion Life Sciences Real Estate Fund with Dutch pension fund and asset manager, PGGM. Involvement includes formulating strategy pack for endorsement and securing the deal by preparing Customer and Operational Due Diligence
- Secured multimillion funding from Economic Development Board for Lendlease Digital Business, 30% higher than initial ask. Key liaison between CEO and team to structure deal by defining key outcomes, produced briefing and pitching materials
- Built financial models and prepared investor’s pack for various origination opportunities including off market transactions and Government Land Sale
- Prepared briefing notes and presentation materials for Group CEO’s roundtable discussion with 17 external stakeholders from 4 different Government agencies, including MD and CEOs of EDB, BCA, URA Smart Nation and Digital Government Office
- Prepared position papers and communications on behalf of the CEO, including CEO Updates to Board, Board Memo for strategic initiatives, Chairman brief for Board’s Asia visit, speaking engagements and briefs to Ministers, Investors and Asia wide events for 1000 employees
- Established and rolled out Global Government Relationship Mapping framework with Government Industry Affairs Team from Australia, United Kingdom and United State of America for Board Reporting
