When I was working at Nanyang Technological University (Jul 2022 - Present), I demonstrated the Protein Purification skill when I was tasked to do an experiment on detecting protein-protein interactions by GST pulldown assay, then purifying the proteins. To take initiative, I proactively researched and watched tutorials on the experiment. As a result, I managed to improve efficiency and successfully conduct the experiment.
