Bridging the gap between Strategy and Implementation
Bili started his career with the Ministry of Transport (MOT) at the Land Transport Division. He was involved in the regulation of policies governing the taxi industry, promoted cycling as an alternative form of transport, reviewed road safety policies and represented Singapores land transport interest both in ASEAN and on global platforms.
After leaving civil service, he took on the role of a Consultant with HGE International, a boutique-consulting agency that specialises in management consulting and revenue management. He further expanded his consultancy experience as an affiliate consultant with Asias leading FB consultancy company, Chef at Work. He has since worked on multiple projects related to Marketing Branding, Business Strategy and Franchise Development. As a consultant, he has helped various companies in the food beverage, technology, retail, advertising, software and education industry to grow their business through assisting them in the process of strategic planning, business expansion and allocating resources.
Bili is in the business of bridging the gap between strategy and execution where he provides business growth solutions through his experience and resources in both consulting and digital marketing solutions.
Over the past decade, he has worked with hundreds of clients in across multiple industries. Some of the key clients he and his team has worked with include Ministry of Manpower, Changi General Hospital, United Group, Cigna, Prudential, Tuffi Group, Atlas Sound Vision, Kaplan, Lam Soon Holdings, SD Biosensor, etc.
Bili graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) specialising in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University.
