When I was working at Kenetics Innovation (Jan 2020 - Mar 2020), I demonstrated the Time Management skill when I was tasked to do data entry for 7 schools in a day while troubleshooting errors . To improve the situation, I proactively communicated with my supervisor for the site team members to return with the pictures by 3pm. As a result, I managed to complete data entry for 7 schools in a day and resolved the errors in data entry by site team members.

When I was working at Kenetics Innovation (Jan 2020 - Mar 2020), I demonstrated the Photoshop skill when I was responsible for editing ez-link card pictures for over 100 schools . To tackle this challenge, I proactively learned the shortcuts to Photoshop. As a result, I managed to achieve my target of editing 4 schools a day while doing data entry.

When I was working at MindChamps (Aug 2020 - Present), I demonstrated the Tutoring skill when I was responsible for guiding the children in their reading and writing. To take initiative, I proactively talked to the children and read them books. I thought of innovative ways to ask them questions of the content in the book..
