When I was working at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (May 2021 - Aug 2021), I demonstrated the Problem Solving skill when I was in charge of a problematic sample in which it could not be processed due to lack of information. To resolve the issue, I proactively reached out to my supervisor to discuss about the solutions that can be done and informed the doctor that requested the test to either redraw or cancel it. The doctor was informed about the procedures done and advised him to call the reception center should there be any queries. As a result, I managed to rectify the issue of problematic sample with a lack of information and informed the doctor of where to get details to prevent further hiccups in the future.
