Glendon Chan's Skill Profile
Admin Assistant @ Singapore General Hospital
When I was working at Singapore General Hospital (Jun 2021 - Aug 2021), I demonstrated the Management skill when I was tasked to do the appointments bookings for patients. To tackle this challenge, I proactively worked to find out optimum solutions to fit patients into the tight schedules of the doctors. As a result, I managed to complete the task, and patients were given their medical appointment dates as close to their ideal dates as possible.
Admin Assistant @ Singapore Armed Forces
When I was working at Singapore Armed Forces (Jun 2018 - Feb 2020), I demonstrated the Management skill when I was responsible for ensuring that the facilities in the building were in good condition, and to upgrade facilities if they were too old. To tackle this challenge, I proactively searched for opportunities to look for contractors to fix and upgrade the facilities in the building. As a result, I managed to strengthen the condition of the building which my unit was working in, as well as to find add facilities like a new water cooler and new coat of paint for the walls of the building..
