Summary

My name is Ivan and I am currently the Assistant Director in NTU Career & Attachment Office. Here, I managed a team that handles Industry & Career Experiential Education and alumni engagement programme. Our team objective is to provide beyond academic insights, experience and knowledge to NTU students.
I have been in the industry for 21 years, starting in 1996 in Hewlett Packard as a technical specialist, took my part time degree and was a process engineer in the ink mfg plant as well as a Senior R&D engineer in the Printer Business Unit. I left HP in 2013 to join Ernst & Young (EY) as a consultant doing strategy, data analytics and Business Process Re-engineering. I left EY in 2017 as a manger before joining NTU. I am Lean Six Signma Black Belt certified.
I am passionate about people development, providing and coaching people to explore their career.
