When I was working at Playmade (Jan 2019 - Jun 2019), I demonstrated the Customer Service skill when I was part of the Food and Beverage team, ensuring that the drinks were prepared through proper procedures. To take initiative, I proactively took up different roles whenever I was needed. As a result, I managed to positively affect my other colleagues around me .

When I was working at Nanyang Technological University (Aug 2019 - Present), I demonstrated the Leadership skill when I was responsible for orientation programmes in NTU as a whole due to my executive role. To improve the situation, I proactively initiated programmes that could help alleviate the harassment issues faced during orientation. As a result, I managed to positively affect all the other students who were involved in orientation to be more mindful of their actions .
