Senior Project/Site Engineer @ Schneider Electric
When I was working at Schneider Electric (Jul 2008 - Jul 2017), I demonstrated project management skills when I was part of the Exxon Mobil Pox Project team. Despite the short time given to complete a relative middle-scale project, I proactively communicate with the clients to meet customer expectations and work closely with the team lead to ensure smooth delivery of the project. In the end, we managed to deliver a satisfactory project to our customers who give praise to the effort we had put in the project.

When I was working at A*STAR I2R (Aug 2017 - Mar 2019), I demonstrated the Python skill when I was tasked to collect data from websites to build translation memory. As I am new to Python, I proactively learn python programming on my own after work. As a result, I managed to achieve shorten the time taken to collect data.

When I was working as a Chinese language tutor (Jan 2015 - Present), I demonstrated the teaching and coaching skills when teaching students. This is especially so when my Primary 4 Myanmar student obtained an A for the first time after learning from me for a year. When she came to me, she cant write proper Chinese sentences, however, I proactively tackle her weakness by teaching her the methods to write and making her read extensively.
