Summary
An enthusiastic and optimistic learner who is interested in the development and application of semiconductor Physics. During my undergraduate education in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), I have built up my interpersonal skills through interactions with students from other disciplines. Apart from that, I have also expanded my network extensively throughout the university through different clubs and societies activities.
To fuel my interest in semiconductor technologies and learning, I have took up the Industrial Postgraduate Program (IPP) between NTU and GLOBALFOUNDRIES (GF) which are currently funding my PhD education in NTU. As a integration engineer and a student, I am researching on Resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM) which have shown outstanding performances in laboratories. It holds a great potential in replacing the memory gap between DRAM and Flash memory and thus becoming the universal data storage technology.

Work Experience
Failure Analysis Engineer Jan 2019 - Jun 2019
GLOBALFOUNDRIES SingaporeI was an intern at GLOBALFOUNDRIES under the Quality, Reliability Analysis (QRA) department. More specifically, I was under the Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) team. My team job is to do layer by layer analysis on dies that exhibit major defects. Our main aim is to find the cause of defects and increase the production yield of the company.
My internship project was to help to optimise the settings of a laser deprocessing machine to speed up the deprocessing step of the analysis. I have managed to find the optimised settings after a few months and I have also aid in the daily routine job using this new method.

Nanyang Technological University SingaporeI am a fresh graduate from NTU and on top of studies, I have been participating actively in my CCA trainings, faculty activities and NTU Cultural Activities Club events during my undergraduate days. I have signed up for both my faculty and CAC Orientation camps as a senior annually and Im am glad to be able to play a part in helping freshman integrate into NTU family.
