Summary
Dr Ang is currently an Assistant Vice President in Seatrium-Eco Technology. He obtained his BEng (Hons) in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from University of Strathclyde, MSc in Management of Technology from National University of Singapore and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from University of Glasgow. He is currently heading the Centre of Innovation in maritime decarbonisation and new energy, which focuses on green technology developments including carbon capture, ammonia and hydrogen value chain. He is also the current President of Society of Naval Architect and Marine Engineers Singapore (SNAMES) and a member of Royal Institute of Naval Architects (RINA) UK.
