I obsess about strategy, policy, and end-to-end implemention - from problem, solution, to alignment and execution. Proud to be in the Singapore Governments 300-strong Administrative Service leadership corps. Currently seconded to Carousell for a private sector posting, because I believe the next wave of change will be brought about by the partnership of both (yes, its possible if youre tenacious enough to make it work). In my past life, I worked across three Ministries, co-creating and landing disruptions with talented teams. Had a great time developing an applied education pathway for the future of work, tackling a real-world economic question of regulating a natural monopoly to ensure service standards and fiscal sustainability, and developing a future-forward foreign workforce policy for our economic arrowheads.

Was fortunate enough to have a real good run from a disadvantaged background. Now looking to pay it forward, with the same generosity - listening to, learning from, and building others stories.
