Summary
I am a chartered accountant with ISCA with 26 years of corporate finance experience. My last corporate role was Regional VP of Finance with an MNC.
I pivoted to financial advisory in 2021 after a corporate restructuring that left my role redundant as we closed down a major line of business.
My purpose in life has shifted from optimising shareholders value to helping corporate indachieve their financial independence so that they can be prepared rather than surprised by such corporate restructuring events.
