I have been in Singapore for more than 10 years now, in the aerospace sector, within a French company called Safran. I moved from different positions up to being CEO now for more than 2 years. I have been experiencing coaching during my professional life being coached first and then I did start to mentor people in SINGAPORE under AIM organization.
