When I was working at St Joseph International Instituition (Jan 2018 - Dec 2019), I demonstrated the Tutoring skill when I was responsible for mentoring two students, one with a language barrier and one who had learning difficulties. To tackle this challenge, I proactively met with both students teachers and broke down tasks into manageable sizes to guide the younger students.
