When I was working at TCC (Oct 2016 - Dec 2016), I demonstrated the Communicating skill when I was in charge of taking the food out in and out of the kitchen and cleaning tables. To tackle this challenge, I proactively walked around the restaurant to look for work while also ensuring that I take food out and remember the table it belongs to.. As a result, I managed to complete my shift with little to no trouble.

When I was working at Family business (Jun 2013 - Present), I demonstrated the Communicating skill when I was in charge of providing service to customers. To tackle this challenge, I proactively pushed myself to speak louder, listen better and learn negotiation tactics from my parents to deal with troublesome customers. As a result, I managed to strengthen my communication skills.

When I was working at Singapore Armed Forces (Nov 2021 - May 2022), I demonstrated the Teaching skill when I was responsible for educating both NSFs and army regulars on the firearms they were learning. To tackle this challenge, I proactively made lessons simple, easy to understand and took an active approach to constantly provide a demonstration so as not to overload them with information. As a result, I managed to win an award as the Best Commander of the month of August.

When I was working at Nanyang Technological University (Aug 2022 - Present), I demonstrated the Project Management skill when I was in charge of a startup project competition for a CCA club. As a result, I managed to win an award and placed third in the startup project competition.
