Since my inception into HMAP, I had cross-insituition and inter-department rotations.
The rotations provided me exposure and a holistic understanding of Singapore healthcare.
I was also assigned hospital level events and hence the opportunity to work with colleagues outside of the department I was rotated to, to further widen my network and exposure.
