Summary
I am a business-attuned Information Technology (IT) subject matter expert (SME) with over 15 years’ experience in IT strategy, cloud and on-premises IT architecture, collaboration tools, and web services.
I currently formulate an enterprise-wide IT strategy and architecture standards at OCBC with robust technology governance. For a significant part of my career, I have advised GovTech on whole-of government transformation projects, and implemented new organisation-wide capabilities for Credit Suisse.
I am adept at optimal infrastructure design; managing IT operations; and providing IT support for mission-critical applications (including authentication, trading and Big Data) and non-critical applications (such as collaboration platforms, management reporting, and knowledge management).
My wide expertise extends to strong partnerships with IT engineers and architects; diverse stakeholder engagement including C-suite personnel; and providing well-constructed and well-communicated materials for end-user training and IT team upskilling.
