When I was at Nanyang Technological University, I demonstrated the leadership skill when helping out with conducting the Freshman Orientation Programme under the Programming Committee, where I was tasked to conduct a few games. While conducting the games, I delivered the instructions for the different games effectively. As a result, the freshmen who signed up for the games felt engaged and involved and were also able to form new bonds amongst them.

While preparing our presentation, I collaborated with my team mates using online platforms such as Google Docs and Google Slides to consolidate our ideas. As a result, my team managed to come up with an effective presentation and script which impressed the industry professionals from SAP who were judging our solution to the business case.

When I was taking part in the Cyber Defenders Discovery Camp (CDDC) jeopardy-style Capture the Flag competition organised by DSTA as part of the BrainHack 2021 event, I demonstrated my skills in cybersecurity by using my knowledge on cryptography to decrypt the given code. As a result, I managed to help my team capture the flag and earn points, which helped to unlock the next challenge in the competition.

Linux Brainhack Cyber Defenders Discovery Camp (CDDC) 2021 @ DSTA

When I was taking part in the Cyber Defenders Discovery Camp (CDDC) jeopardy-style Capture the Flag competition organised by DSTA as part of the BrainHack 2021 event, I demonstrated my skills in Linux by running commands on the Linux terminal found in the Ubuntu environment installed on Oracle VM VirtualBox by making use of the hints and clues in the given problem. As a result, I managed to help my team capture the flag and earn points, which helped to unlock the next challenge in the competition.

When I was taking part in the SCDF x IBM Lifesavers Innovation Challenge: Call for Code 2021 hackathon, I demonstrated my skills in Python programming and Data Analysis by using Jupyter notebook to analyse data from relevant datasets to identify anomalies and show the relationship between different variables. As a result, my team was able to arrive at a solution for the given problem.
