When I was working at National Library Board (Jan 2022 - Dec 2022), I demonstrated the Customer Service skill when I was responsible for helping visitors find the books they are seeking. To resolve the issue, I proactively led them to the shelves that contained the books they sought and assisted them in further searches. As a result, I managed to strengthen the positive impression the visitor had about the library.
