When I was working at Marchwood Laboratory Services (Sep 2020 - Feb 2021), I demonstrated the Project Management skill when I was in charge of daily testing of water, soil and air samples in compliance with environmental regulations. To improve the situation, I proactively researched and pooled a dataset of samples for chemical testing. As a result, I managed to achieve a higher productivity of company operations.

When I was working at Nanyang Technological University (Aug 2023 - Present), I demonstrated the Critical Thinking skill when I was responsible for the creation of a machine-learning enabled prediction model, despite a lack of coding experience. To tackle this challenge, I proactively equipped myself, analysed data, and collaborated with a team of 5 to explore various methods of modelling. As a result, I managed to achieve a movie success prediction system, optimised to an accuracy of up to 70% based on a dataset of 1000 entries.

When I was working at Singapore Polytechnic (Apr 2018 - Mar 2021), I demonstrated the Process Safety Management skill when I was in charge of leading a team in the startup, shutdown and maintenance of pilot plant operations. To tackle this challenge, I proactively evaluated the safety considerations using the Hazard Operability Studies(HAZOP) by WSH and hierarchy of safety controls.. As a result, I managed to strengthen the teams conduct in safety amidst a highly hazardous environment.
