1. When I won the Professor Luch Wan award as the Pharmacist of the Year in 2000, and won another award as the Industry Pharmacist of the Year in 2017.
2. Became one of the youngest country managers in the Industry.

I have done this many times in my previous roles as country leads. I did that through imparting positive mindset, motivation and using right methods (eg. 7 habits of highly effective people by stephen covey), and building strong company culture into the team and organizations.

Life science industry is ever changing and lucrative industry for life science and non-science related graduates alike. It covers very wide areas that include not only the traditional industry such as pharma and medical devices sectors, it also covers newer areas such as tele-health, e-Commerce, healthcare logistics, AI, etc, etc...
