What are some examples that illustrate how you have generated ideas that represent thinking 'outside the box'?
Always ask the WHYs and the HOWs.
Eg. WHY does it have to be done this way and HOW can we improve or do better?

What are some mistakes that you have made in your career? How did you deal with it and what have you learned from them?
One of the common mistakes is to take the spoken words of the person during a negotiation and act upon it.
Lessons learnt is to make sure that it has to be properly documented and formally agreed upon before we act. There are cases that the person might change his stance because his management disapproved or he can claim that there is some miscommunication.

Describe a situation where you had an idea and needed to influence people around you to understand, and work together towards achieving the idea.
Recognising that people always want to know how it will benefit them in every initiatives, in order to influence them and get their support, we need to show them the true benefits that will not add load to their work but will further improve in what they do from their present stage.
