I am a problem solver.
With 13 years of experience spanning in product management, product marketing, growth, digital and partnerships, I pollinate creative ideas across telcos, start-ups and energy utilities.
I continuously dig into complex customer pain points, break them down into bite size, modular pieces and solve them with technology. I create, scale and optimize product portfolios ranging from $2M to $0.5B in revenue. Bottom-line, I get the job done and compete to win.
I am at my best creating simple products and campaigns to solve both customers pain points and business challenges. I often ask and answer difficult customer questions to ascertain the voice of customers (VOC), size of the opportunity and thereafter working cross-functionally to deliver them. Iteration through a feedback loop is crucial and starting with the end in mind is always a mantra for me.
I align, inspire and grow effective product teams ranging from 3 to 30. I like to rally individuals on a common vision and share narratives by connecting the dots. In my team, the buck stops with me thus creating a safe environment for honest feedback and communication.
I love to marry business and customer with tech. Often, I create optimal customer outcomes with engineers while delivering successful commercial narratives that cuts through a highly competitive market. Trust me, I dance to the tune when both UATs and BRTs get signed off and customers are happy with the product.
I continue to grow and refine myself through my relentless passion to learn. I read widely to stay updated and I seek feedback on my performance. I am often calm and collected, focusing to listen intently and ask questions than jumping to quick judgment.
