Before joining NTUC Enterpriese, Andy was working with Shopee, the leading E-commerce startup in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, as its Technical Program Manager and he managed product development in Shopees HQ. Prior to Shopee, Andy spent a few years building Enterprise Security products with IBM BigFix, the global leading endpoint management solution. And before joining BigFix, he was building and managing Online Travel Agency (OTA) products with Forecepts. Andy is married and has two young kids. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from NTU and a Master of Technology in Knowledge Engineering from NUS. Andy would like to share with you about opportunities in product management, product development, and digital and tech field.

Over the period, I witnessed the IPO of Shopees parent company Sea Limited, which was the largest technology IPO from Southeast Asia in NYSE, and experienced the fastest growth period of Shopee where annualised GMW grew from US $1.8B to over US $10B and workforce grew more than 10 times including my own team.
