I bring to a team commitment to grow together, ability to influence and a growth mindset.

What was the most significant event that made you the way you are now?
Parenthood. My years of experience in the corporate environment as well as in building my own business cannot be compared to the day when I became a mother.
From then, my natural leadership and problem solving ability skyrocketed. That naturally created a more resilient self which supported more ventures thereafter.

No experience is invaluable.

What do you do to keep up with the current issues and trends in your field?
Regular meetings with people as well as industry mates are important.
I see networking as fundamental for us to constantly be in the know how. That allows us to be ahead of game and not chasing after competition

The fact that I am deemed as an influencer to the peers, my subordinates as well as my superiors.

What would you bring to a team if you join them?
I bring passion and purpose.
Passion drives results and while many think that passion is alike a calling, I say it can be developed when we have positive reinforcements and do the correct things.
Having a purpose in the career is crucial. Even if it is our first job, we need to know where we dont wish to head (at least) followed by serious thoughts about putting our core strengths to good use.

What brings fulfillment to me is the ability to positively influence and impact people around me. My industry allows me to assist individuals and even my companies to be game changers and bring about a better financial future to our next generation.
