I Drive the development and deployment of core process and operations structure in best possible manners while giving continues support to managers in various departments. Refined and implemented training programs to track and enhance team performance and provided the visibility across the division. in-house built secure messaging service linked with our digital component platform gives a real time working calibre to sustain growth and well being of myself and staff, to effectively manage the workflow. plus a follow the sun model of division which runs 24/7/365 days for service support.

What has been the most challenging situation you have ever faced at work and how did you overcome it?
Being in Aviation sector , Covid Pandamic was single most challenging situation i personally faced, and immediately rollout the digitial innovation within the organization and customers, giving a in-house build webportal system that customers and staff can use simultaneously to run the work from home operations smoothly.
