Summary
In todays fast-paced technological world, I believe there is an increasing need for us to be more human and mindful in leading our day-to-day lives. We should learn to check in with ourselves from time to time, and evaluate what really matters to us.
My interest in the people agenda and serving others has led me to become a HR practitioner, where I strive to understand how to best engage people to do their best work through total rewards and performance management. I enjoy analyzing data and interpreting it for better decision-making in the business and HR-related matters. I also love seeking insights from small data, through one-to-one conversations with the people around me.
In my current role, I am a Reward Business Partner for East Asia and Japan, where I am managing the compensation and benefits scope for the region. Additionally, I am driving the employee well-being strategy and initiatives and working on progressing our organizations Diversity Inclusion practices. Prior to my current role, I have had the opportunity to complete a 1-year overseas stint at the corporate headquarters in France, where I was an Executive Compensation Specialist - designing pay proposals and compensation policies for the top executives globally in the company.
Beyond that, I seek to empower people to lead extraordinary and purposeful lives, with a strong focus on career development and overall well-being.
I also strongly believe in the concept of integrating social good in businesses sustainably. I am excited to have joined a company that is doing just that - Schneider Electric, in helping the world meet its energy needs. We make sure that Life is On for everyone, everywhere and at every moment.
Additionally, I am managing a social enterprise - CareerSocius - where our mission is to help job-seekers maximize their career potential through personal branding, workshops and digital courses. To-date, we have impacted over 2,000 in Singapore by improving their career prospects.

How do you effectively manage your work?
Managing my key priorities and relationships with the different stakeholders in my team and outside of my department is key to ensure I am productive and contributing well to my current scope of work. In addition, I make sure to allocate focused time in my calendar to complete my work and not be too distracted by adhoc meetings that are coming my way.
