What are some mistakes that you have made in your career? How did you deal with it and what have you learned from them?
At the start of my career, I was unwilling to step out of my comfort zone to take up new roles or new challenges which impeded my career development. With a change in job environment and supervision, I came to the realization that I need to do more to further improve myself and also to keep up with the competition. With that change in attitude, I am able to find myself taking up more responsibilities and developing my career path.
