There were times I tried to make people like me by delivering whatever they want quick and dirty. Coming along the way I realized that it is critical to insist doing the right things in the right ways.

we look at problems, and we rank possible solutions and we execute. We always remind ourselves how lazy we are, and we engineer tools to help us stay that way.
