Summary
I'm currently the Assistant Director in NTU Career & Attachment Office leading a team that handles Industry & Career Experitential programme and alumni engagement. I have been in the industry for 22 years, spending a good 16 years in HP, starting as a Technical specialist in 1996, taking my part time degree and progressing to a process engineer in the ink mfg plant. I ended my career in HP in 2013 as a senior R&D engineer.
After leaving HP, I join Ernst & Young (EY) as a consultant for 4 years before leavng as a manager and joining NTU in March 2017.
My passion lies in developing people, guiding and coaching people to achieve their goals.
I believe in keeping an open mind and dare to make the first step as it is always the most difficult step to take.
