When I was working at BSH Home Appliances (Jun 2020 - Feb 2021), I demonstrated the Project Planning skill when I was in charge of overseeing individual engineers performances and managing the warehouses inbound and outbound operations. To take initiative, I proactively I proactively initiated automation solutions to address inefficiencies in a warehouse that relied heavily on paper documentation and manual processes. By liaising with vendors, I implemented a barcode scanning system for item tracking and automated location printing, significantly reducing errors and simplifying operations. Additionally, I introduced barcode scanners for stock counting, cutting down on manual labor and boosting efficiency. As a result, I managed to achieve I managed to streamline the entire warehouse workflow, significantly reducing human error and cutting down the time spent on manual processes. This automation not only improved overall accuracy and efficiency but also reduced the manpower required for stock counting and item tracking. My initiative led to smoother operations, allowing the team to focus on higher-priority tasks and ultimately improving the warehouses productivity and performance..
