Q&A with Chuen Heng Lee
What did you do to make yourself marketable?
By volunteering my skills to others.
For example, my organisation was looking for someone to do a simple Farewell video for a global senior management employee. Even though my videography was amateurish, I managed to deliver a touching farewell video and even made her teared! Definitely a memorable experience for me.
Since then, I have received plenty request to do video montage for employees/events in my organisation which is a good and/or bad thing. But ultimately, it made myself marketable and learnt stakeholder management along the way :)
