Summary
Most of my personal development started when on my first job before I entered university. I consider myself having a fun, friendly and approachable character. I like to be organized, prepared and result oriented but the experience or the process will be of importance to me.
In my university days I enjoyed developing hardware and software. Therefore I started my first job as a research and development engineering doing hardware design as I enjoy the process of developing things from idea to reality. I spend most of my time in my career and investing further on my knowledge by taking a Master’s Degree and gearing myself with aviation knowledge. Continuous learning is what I believe and there will always be unknowns along the way but the process of learning is fun, exciting and inspiring.
Integrity, honesty and sincere is what I appreciate and I will not be able to tolerate lies and fake stories. Actions, tasks and outcomes should be legitimate and not at the expenses of people and the company. I value and I am open to valid feedback and comments from people but not personal attacks. I am flexible to changes and transformation if they are for the better.
Working with people to me is important as I like to communicate. Managing and working with cross functional team which are not direct reporting is fine with me but I would still like to have direct reports under me due to the functional support that I required to make things moved rapidly.
Ability to participate and contribute motivates me. Especially when I am able to contribute when people ask me for advice on topics, solutions and ideas makes me feel good. The experiences and what can I learn is another factor to me. What are the things that will be going through and what will I get to see and learn is refreshing when they are something new to me.
