What has been the most challenging situation you have ever faced at work and how did you overcome it?
A garment supplier was using an unapproved component and was found out by my quality / inspection team. Finished products need to be shipped at a certain date which was non-negotiable. Affected finished products need to be repaired without compromising quality and production. At same time ongoing productions need to be ensured they are not affected. Open and difficult calls / updates need to be done with customers.
