I have over 16 years of experience in maritime industry.
I started my maritime career as an Area Sales Manager for Singapore in British MNC and was subsequently promoted to manage more countries which included Malaysia and Indonesia.
I was given an opportunity to be based in Hong Kong to setup new branch office for sales and service and within a year was promoted to General Manager, Far East managing over 35 staff in Singapore.
Subsequently, I joined Dutch MNC as service director and was promoted to be in board of directors managing over 70 staff in Singapore and Malaysia
I am currently a director in Talent-Merge managing a team of consultants specializing in maritime, oil gas, finance, IT, logistics, cybersecurity and Fintech.
