Summary

Clarice is well known for her transformation and project management expertise. She is currently in charge of APAC change programs and engages with APAC regional senior executives and key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to effectively manage strategic change and redesign functional processes for Finance, Operations and Infrastructure Support.

She has led multi-million dollar projects and teams across multiple projects Globally and across APAC, and brings diverse perspectives with her multi-country leadership roles.

Previously with PwC Manila and PwC Chengdu Shared Service Centre as Senior Operations Manager, she led operational process change and standards implementation in the Centres first year of set up.  Clarice also managed the shared service centres operational risk, quality and compliance matters, driving utilisation of resources and monitoring Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators and other critical to quality metrics to ensure they are met.

A Certified Project Management Professional and PROSCI Certified Practitioner, she is passionate in bringing organisational strategy to life through the successful implementation of large scale structured, purposeful and outcome oriented change.

Clarices professional expertise builds upon her external audit and consulting experience with PwC Singapore, which spans over a decade. She is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ and ISCA) with a Masters of Commerce (Accountancy) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
