Summary
I am presently a penultimate Psychology undergraduate at NTU. I have had an internship experience with a recruitment MNC in the role of an Associate Consultant, performing a Talent Acquisition (Executive Search) role. In this role, I sourced for candidates to fulfill clients recruitment needs for mid to senior level positions. I also expanded my responsibilities to include Talent Acquisition for in-house consultants where I sourced and interviewed prospective consultants. Moving forward, I hope to explore opportunities in Talent Development and Engagement, helping to bring out the best versions of employees in the company.
