Q&A with Sharon Tan
Describe a time when you demonstrated leadership skills.
During a major organisation wide change, after being informed that my division was going to be outsourced, I plucked up courage to be dispassionate about the looming loss to strategise and led the way to the division becoming a centre of excellence to continue to serve the organisation.

What are some mistakes that you have made in your career? How did you deal with it and what have you learned from them?
For not reading the power structures in the room and for being outspoken and not strategic. I moved out of the unit and thought about what other ways I could have done to be true to myself and yet be a force of change in the organisation.
