Additionally, I had worked with 3 different test engineers and had the chance to conduct many kinds ISO-standard tests on different products, ranging from motorcycle helmets to condoms. I had created standard operating procedure (SOP) for different test machines, this is used as a guidance for the future employees/interns so as to reduce the steep learning curve.

When I was working at TUV SUD PSB (Mar 2017 - Aug 2017), I demonstrated the Testing skill when I was responsible for conducing tests on different products in a short period of time due to unforeseen circumstances. To tackle this challenge, I proactively check with the engineers and technicians to see if I am on the right track. As a result, I managed to complete the tests required and able to finish before the tight deadline.

When I was working at Honestbee Ptd Ltd (Jan 2018 - Oct 2018), I demonstrated the Customer Service Engagement skill when I was in charge of the food being delivered to a customer, however the rider switched off his phone and went missing in action. When I called the customer to deliver the bad news, the customer was furious as he placed the order more than an hour ago and demanded his food to be delivered to him. To resolve the issue, I proactively convinced a rider who had just got off his shift to assist me with this delivery job and provided additional incentives for him. Additionally, I have contacted the customer service department to provide food vouchers for him for 2 reasons- to appease him and to bring him back again as a returning customer. As a result, I managed to complete the delivery task, and the customer apologised on his end for his tone and behaviour.

When I was working at Honestbee Ptd Ltd (Jan 2018 - Oct 2018), I demonstrated the Strategic skill when I was in charge of the riders operations in the CBD district, ensuring the food to be delivered on time to ensure customers satisfaction. However, an issue arose when a rider faced an issue where the food order was extremely huge and he was unable to deliver it himself on time. To resolve the issue, I proactively search for another available riders but most of them had orders as it was during the peak season. I managed to seek the rider support team for assistance, to check if theres any riders that was doing adhoc jobs and not given a delivery time slot. I managed to find one who was nearby and was willing to lend a hand. As a result, I managed to complete the delivery within the stipulated time.

When I was working at EM Engineering Pte Ltd (Jan 2022 - Present), I demonstrated the Project Management skill when I was responsible for the lifts project ensuring that project runs smoothly and completed before the deadline. There was once a few co workers got sick which resulted in a delay. To resolve the issue, I proactively talked to the head of contractor to scout for a few more workers that were on off to work and offering lucrative salary. As a result, I managed to complete the project before its deadline.

When I was working at Nanyang Technological University (Aug 2020 - Present), I demonstrated the Mechanical Engineering skill when I was part of a team for a module called Engineering Innovation Design. We came up with a product that can help improve the efficiency and cutting down the manpower of cleaners required on the plane. However, the issue lies in the attachment of the product, which requires us to take many factors into considerations, such as customers usgae, safety, etc. To tackle this challenge, I proactively discuss this issue with another partner for weeks, we helped each other improve the design and bring out new ideas if we happen to have them. As a result, I managed to achieve an A+ for this module and my professor in charge of our group is very impressed with our team efforts despite the busy school curriculum.
