Q&A with Aitor Gomez Maguregui
What do you like least about your work?
Traveling Monday to Friday for months (or years) could be extremely tiring. Things have changed recently and I enjoy business travel, with moderation and whenever is needed, not as a routine

What was the most significant event that made you the way you are now?
I always keep the time I spent in Canada, at the end of my Masters degree, as a life-changing event. Being in a truly multicultural environment for the first time in my life and experiencing how much you can learn from different cultures changed my perspective on many aspects of life

What is your personal goal in your profession?
Continue learning in every role. From an external point of view, being in sales and business development gives you exposure to many people who have different perspectives and come from different backgrounds. Internally, managing teams and help them develop and be successful also helps you grow on a personal level

What do you like most about your work?
I enjoy being an essential part of the revenue generation of the company as well as building and scaling sales and business organisations. I have been privileged to work for companies in different industries, with sales organisations at various stages of maturity that required different approaches.
I love being in touch with customers and identify how we can help grow their business together.
