Why do you enjoy working at this company?
I love the working culture in US MNC. I could openly discuss or raise my concerns related to my work progression, tasks, and others to my direct manager. All my colleagues are pretty helpful. The most important thing that I most appreciate is the flexible working hours.

What does a week in your position usually look like?
- Trigger use case discussion meetings with technical support personnel
- Have cross-team and core team discussions on the design and feasibility
- Weekly stand-up meeting to talk about the tasks progress, challenges facing, etc
- Work on documents, including but not limited to use case, design, etc
- Free to join any team activities such as Hackathon (yearly) and others

How do you attempt to overcome your lack of knowledge in particular areas?
Step out of my comfort zone and volunteer to explore/work on that specific area. Hands-on is the master key.
