What are your strongest skills that have contributed to your success in this field?
Being pragmatic is probably my biggest advantage as a professional. Be focused and not let emotions and other factors cloud our judgement is critical. Balancing needs and wants of various stakeholders are key and being pragmatic helps everyone come to terms with reality.

What is the biggest challenge that you face in this field?
In professional work , judgements are always most tricky to deal with and to get consensus on. When there are multiple solutions to an issue that cannot be branded as correct or incorrect, but differs on a range of appropriateness, the process could be painful to find an appropriate landing.

Have you considered going into other fields? What other fields do you think you are well-suited for and why?
I think I could have been a private banker given my professional training and experience in serving clients and knowing what they/their businesses want and need. I enjoy talking to people and entrepreneurs and founders, their insights into their field of expertise eventually open up my eyes to new knowledge and better understanding.
