What experience did you find most invaluable in your career so far?
My time in Beijing, China, under LEGO Education, where I set up the team and grew the business 4x. This exposure was tremendous as I was fully immersed in strategy to execution and required me to negotiate with both internal stakeholders as well as senior public officials within China.
