<p>When I was working at Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Feb 2019 - Present), I demonstrated my analytical and excel modelling skill when I was supporting on a Performance Fee Review assignment for a large Asia Asset Management firm. I had independently built a financial model and conducted scenario analysis; backtested the asset manager funds’ historical performance to determine the optimal performance fee structure that enables the asset manager to stay competitive in the market.</p>

I keep myself updated on the developments in the Asset Management industry and sign up courses that will improve my hard and soft skills.

If you were a college student again, what would you do differently to prepare you for your field?
I would sign up for more internships and take on courses that would value-add me professionally.
