Summary
I am passionate about sustainable food production. Therefore I took a less common route for a chemist and got into urban farming. I enjoy using my RD skills to improve crop productivity, reduce waste, and reduce cost. Hopefully my work would relieve some of the environmental impact caused by conventional agriculture.
I was a mentee previously and was benefited thoroughly. I look forward to making more connections with like minded people and hopefully be of help to them.

Archisen SingaporeI am in charge of the Crop Science Department. Initially, we evaluate potential strategies to improve crop yield and increase business viability in indoor farming. Then, we design and conduct experiments to verify the potential strategies. Using experimental data collected, we work together with the business development team to make informed business decisions.
