A Psychology graduate with a deep interest in all things people-related, I have a wide breath of experience in human resource management and development. Currently in a pursuit of a people and talent advisory consulting career, I find excitement in analyzing people metrics for trends and insights, and developing them into robust strategies and plans for organizational effectiveness.

What excites you about the field that you are in?
The amount of data that is now available and the insights that can be derived from people-related metrics - performance indicators, assessment scores, demographic data,... these can all be leveraged on for insights to the why behind behaviors and how to improve engagement and talent management strategies
