I possess 20 years of industry experience in the learning and development space and had the opportunity to pursue and complete my MBA in 2017. I am passionate about the interlink between strategy and people as one of the main drivers of business outcomes.
My most recent working experience with Heidrick Struggles as a leadership consultant involves formulating and implementing change management initiatives for clients to accelerate their organizational performance. These initiatives are multi-leveled, with focus at individual, team and organization, and are aligned with client’s strategy, financial and long term objectives. I am skilled in the usage of organizational climate survey analysis, 360 degree feedback tools, psychometric assessment and is a certified coach.

In addition, you should explore what are the different options for post graduate programmes before jumping straight in. Saving up for that branded programme could make sense for some industries.
